The italian fascism is born like that and is considered the first, if that isn't fascism then it never existed.
  2. A surviving Reich

I find rude and arrogant to accuse who propose a Nazi victory scenario of being racist or fascist, maybe they think that the Nazi were a menace thus with some chance and want to explore the horrible future they wanted to create like many alternate history books about this theme. While the nazi...
  3. A surviving Reich

To be fair I didn't ask for a scenario where the Nazi win WW2, actually I thought that in the movie the Germany was an isolated state not a superpower and in a world without WW2.
  4. A surviving Reich

I remember watching a movie where the Third Reich survived until the '60, the plot revolved around a german policeman investing a murder related to an old Hitler's attempt to gain economic support from the America but it fails when the president finds out about the death camps. The details are...
  5. Fiori di maggio: the Kingdom of Italy after WWII

I agree that , the party supported the republic and De Gasperi wasn't for the Monarchy at all. I think it wouldn't happen nothing but this thread is built around another premise. A case isn't e nough to make killings between italian partisans a common thing and the red triangle is a debated...
  6. Fiori di maggio: the Kingdom of Italy after WWII

If the Republic, a new state, didn't keep its colonies, the Monarchy with a sense of continuity won't manage better. OTL there was an italian minority in Libia and an intervation wil l end worse than Algeria for the French and not tolerated from an ex-fascist country.
  7. Fiori di maggio: the Kingdom of Italy after WWII

When he was shot Togliatti stopped the calls for insurrection, in the '46 they are still going to crushed from the Americans. For a few years it won't happen nothing but later some political crisis could lead to violent outcomes.

How could a Muslim Spain survive?
  16. Alternate Spanish civil war

What could have convinced the English and French governments to support the Spanish republic during the civil war? I never understood the idea of preventing ithe sovet influence from leaving them the only supporter of the republic. But probably given sthe historical experience until the cold war...
  17. How Does Romney Handle the Ukraine Crisis?

The republican did nothing in Georgia, they weren't going to do nothing now. The truth is the USA and UE considered the Ukraine in the Russian orbit and they aren't going to war for it. Germans and italians need that gas more than english and french but was the intervention of german and other...
  18. The English Revoluion: liberty, equality and brotherhood.

I was aware the France is more likely to fall in a revolution but I thought that the repression of a revolt like the american one would have a great impact on the british policy, however your arguments are sound. Everyone agree about the implausibility of it?
  19. The English Revoluion: liberty, equality and brotherhood.

I knew that but my OP was asking something else and the civil war's reasons and historical consequences were a bit different.
  20. The English Revoluion: liberty, equality and brotherhood.

The american revolution failed and the British won. Could a british governement's repressive stand for fear of new rebellions to spread radicalism between the population until the point of having an english revolution replacing the OTL French one?
