It could work I guess, but co-hosting only really makes logical sense if you have similar sized nations: Poland and Ukraine, Austria and Switzerland, North Germany and South Germany from last time. Chrobatia's almost certainly large enough to host on its own. It's as likely as a joint France-Belgium bid - France would do it themselves.

a) this isn't a map game, we really don't care about politics
b) you already created by far the largest country, one that crosses several major ethnic and political boundaries and has little basis in reality
c) someone else already claimed Cyprus

Nice, that would be an interesting host (although we did have the World Cup in Vinland last time, so similar argument as for Germany).
I would ask if there is a preferred short name: football commentators aren't going to say "and Kasper Winther has scored for the Kingdom of Denmark, Scotland and the Isles!!". Is just Denmark OK, under the assumption that it's technically wrong like calling the UK Great Britain?
Actually I think I'm going to change the name to the United Kingdom of Denmark, Scotland and the Isles, so it can just be called the United Kingdom or the UK.
Martin and Alex: You guys are honestly taking the Cyprus thing a lot more seriously than I do. The claim is based on my admittedly Jew-wanked NS Nation. It won't hurt my delicate feelings to not have Cyprus. I'm not going to whine or complain about not having my way. Stuyvesant came up with a split compromise which honestly has me a little intrigued, and any discussion of the naming of the factions comes down to "how to best make this interesting".

I'm well aware from previous years that there are people who get a little too into the background, and whilst you weren't there yet I just wanted to head you of just in case.
Well it's about time to post my team, nothing wrong with having a few more minnows. The Canaries have a population of over 2 million and a long footballing tradition, if Iceland can qualify for this years Euros I'm sure an independent Canaries could!

Which teams do currently have complete rosters? Is it only VMA, England, the UK and Burgundy, or are there more? What about posting rosters for Cincorop, Macedonia, and all these others? Have y'all forgotten?
