  1. Why did Britain and the dominions grow apart?

They grew apart because they are far apart.
  2. The West Lets Iraq Invade Kuwait

I really should just do some reading, but it's late. What was the debate within Nato and the US on the issue of intervention like? Any chance it could be swung in the favour of not getting involved?
  3. The West Lets Iraq Invade Kuwait

I have been pondering this in light of the recent events in Libya, what would a: allow this to happen and b: be the results of this?
  4. WI Brazil joins the Axis

What if Brazil joins the Axis powers in WW2?
  5. Labour wins a proper victory in 1950?

Labour splits over similar issues as per OTL, Gaitskill takes over the party whilst it's in power instead opposition and ascends to the throne alá Brown. He's probably beaten in the next election. I seriously don't see the Labour government implementing radically different policies to the...
  6. AH Challenge: The Chinese Emperor Most Likely to Colonize the Americas

I wouldn't say that 'New World' is outdated given the context of this discussion.
  7. wi:america asks to be readmitted into the empire

Edward's abdication was because of public opinion and largely due to the actions of the Stanley Baldwin, who convinced the king that moral standards could not allow to marry her. Marrying a divorcee is not a sin of any calibre in the CoE. Equally I think you are making a category mistake by...

  13. AH Challenge: American Football is played all over the world.

Exactly, that's what needs to change. College sports only developed the in the early 2oth Century in America in their present form, so having that get exported in the 30s, perhaps by some European graduates of American schools, isn't too hard.
  14. AH Challenge: American Football is played all over the world.

I imagine it'd be called Gridiron football. To get it to spread, well It spread in the US through the College Football system, so get Universities around the world playing each other in the same manner as the NCAA in the US, and you have a result.
