Yes. It would be about them fighting a group of villains lead by Xerek (a scrapped antagonist from an early version of the movie). Also Pixar(HA) and Nickelodeon both being owned by Henson means The X's doesn't exist ITTL

That part I haven't quite figured out but I do know that some of that show's staff works on the Eddsworld TV show ITTL, so I'll say it has something to do with that

I'm going to say no for 2 reasons

1. Inkblot still airs a lot of anime on their schedule as of 09-10 so CN could try and attempt to use Toonami as a less adult alternative to Inkblot's anime shows
2. Toonami wasn't really gone for too long. It was gone for about 3.5 years which is definitely lengthy but it's not like it still being on the network during that time would drastically change the network's programing as much as some people would think

So in RWAM, Toonami is still in version 4 (I think that's the one with the faces) in 2010. But like I have said before, my knowledge on anime is fairly limited and I don't talk about it much because of it

The 2000's were an interesting time for the House of Mouse. On one hand, they revolutionized animation with Treasure Planet and Meet the Robinsons both using dual-animation to make hand drawn characters interact too near perfection with computer generated environments. On the other hand, movies like American Dog and Chicken Little didn't quite resonate as well with audiences compared to their previous films. Similar things could be said about their recent dives into sports ownership as while the Mighty Ducks have won multiple championships, the Chargers have mostly been a laughing stock to most football fans. Notable films currently in production at Disney include a movie based on Winnie the Pooh, a sequel to Tron and a live action remake of Alice in Wonderland directed by Tim Burton.

Unlike other decades, Fox became way more prevalent with their animated features during the 2000's. Blue Sky's Ice Age has become one of the biggest animated franchises to be created in the past 10 years and other movies like Robots and Horton Hears A Who have also proven to be financially profitable. The next major animated feature set to come from the studio is Rio, which focuses on the relationship of two macaws in the titular city.

Like Disney, The Jim Henson Company had their fair share of ups and downs. Founders William Hanna and Joseph Barbara sadly passed away during the decade and Pixar head John Lasseter was ousted after a series of allegations against him became public. At the same time however, they would also make some of the most critically acclaimed movies of all time and quietly become one of the biggest media conglomerates ever. Fans of the studio are looking forward to their future projects such a brand new Muppet movie set to be released in 2011 and more great anime films from Studio Ghibli, with a dub of Arrietty set to come to America in either 2011 or 2012.

Universal Animation Studios had a solid decade in the 2000's. Shrek would become the biggest franchise for the newly revamped division, with two smash hits and a third film set for 2010. Other notable films released during the decade include the Madagascar franchise, Kung Fu Panda and In The Shadows. Universal is also planning a remake of Frankenstein with Hellboy director Guillermo del Toro set to helm the project, rumors are even spreading of the film potentially being the start of a new cinematic universe featuring some of the studio's classic monsters

Speaking of reboots and cinematic universes, Paramount have decided end Christopher Nolan's Batman series early to focus on a slue of new DC superhero projects which are all expected to be connected in some form. The first of these will be a brand new Superman movie to be release in either 2012 or 2013.

Of course, most of these new interconnected movies are being discussed because of Sony finding great success in their collaboration with Marvel. In a shocking turn of events, Cheryl Disney would end up starting her own company early on in the decade. The studio got off to a fast start with the release of Cars in 2006, which also marked the return of John Lasseter after his exit from Pixar. CTE has been steadily releasing several different films and TV shows since then, with hopes of a major rise similar to that of The Jim Henson Company. A Cars sequel is already set for a 2011 release, with both Newt and The Bear and the Bow also being released in the near future. However, supposed rumors of creative disagreement overall general mismanagement have plagued the studio since it's inception, but these can not be confirmed.
