Your Favorite Turtledove AH Character?

Which of Harry Turtledove's many colorful characters is your favorite? Which do you find the most fascinating?
I really like Anne Colleton, the trouser-wearing, guerrilla-killing, Wall Street Journal-reading, submariner-romancing, Model T riding Confederate belle. What a woman. It's a mercy, that she didn't live long enough to see her country fall.

Mine is almost exactly the opposite. The socialist woman who is in New York I think? She orates on soap boxes well and tends to be knowledgeable and kind. She works as a secretary for the Socialist Party or something.

Jake Featherston. It was interesting to see the development of a Hitler figure in American politics.

Outside of TL-191, I always liked the Jager-Skorzeny duo in Worldwar. Krispos was good, as was Scaurus, both from Videssos.

Jefferson Pinkard is my favorite character.Watching him fall from grace was really interesting.I do wonder what would've happened if he joined the red rebellion though ?

I've read theories here and there over the past decade about what role McSweeney would have taken had Turtledove gone -- allegedly gone -- ahead with his original idea for the whole series.
