WWII WI: Evil Europe

I have been doing some thinking recently about the aftermath of WWI. And i have a question for you guys about it. Is there a way to make almost all of the major players in Europe go Communist/Fascist/Nazi in the years leading up to WWII that is not ASB? I know it will be almost impossible for England to lose it marbles if everyone else on the continent is going mad, but what about France, Germany, USSR/Russia, Spain and others?

If so:
1. What regimes are most likely to take over in what countries in this scenario?
2. How do the alliances play out?
3. How does this affect the world?
4. How does this affect WWII?

If not, then tell me why.:D

I'm way out of my league when it comes to 20th century history, but if the UK and France lost WWI (maybe because the US remained neutral), then you might see fascist movements spring up in London and Paris like in TL-191. Russia is taken over by the Communists, Franco takes over Spain, and Mussolini takes over Italy, as in OTL. Strangely, at that point, Germany might be the only sane major power in Europe. Perhaps due to the animosity between the Germans and the Anglo-French, you might see Berlin leaning toward Communism and cozying up to the USSR for extra protection. I'm unsure that even an Austria-Hungary which was victorious in WWI could keep from falling apart, but I think it would follow Germany in allying with the Soviets. Thus:

Fascist Powers: UK, France, Spain, Italy
Communist Powers: Germany, Austria-Hungary, USSR

So there you have it. WWII commences for obvious ideological reasons, and Europe is once again drowned in blood. An interesting question might be how the other major powers in the world (US, Japan, China) would align if they became involved in the conflict. China may end up embroiled in a civil war between Communists and fascists. While Japan isn't exactly friendly with the USSR, if they decided to pick a side they might ally with the Communists (even if their government was fascist) if only to grab all those juicy colonies in south and southeast Asia belonging to the Fascist Powers. If I were POTUS then, I'd keep the US the hell out of the war. But if they decide to go in, I'd guess they'd side with the fascists, not just because Communism is unpopular in the US, but also to avoid siding with the Japanese. Whichever side the US throws its lot in with will probably win. But again, I'm just talking out of my ass here. It'd make for an interesting TL anyway.

Theoretically, the British National Socialists, were a force to be reconned with, although still a minority. In theory, they could have gained power, where it not they were isolated by the potential allied old parties (such as conservatives and perhaps the British National Parties in the various countries). Communists played a minor role only, being outflanked by the Social Democratic Party: Labour.

France was potentially getting close to Anarchism-Communism in the 30´s due to its own instable state in this period. Fashists too were pretty numereous, but still far smaller in numbers than the leftists. A potential `Spanish` situation would have been possible, possibly resulting in a largescale Civil War.

Spain already became Fascist in the late 30´s, due to the conclusion of the Civil War.

Other players were of lesser size, appart from Italy and Germany, who are not discussed here. The Netherlands were pretty stable as a democratic Monarchy, with only small groups of both extreme left and right, playing only a minor part in internal politics. Belgium had a large Fascist party of Nationalists, but it always faced internal divission, between the Walons and Flemmish people, so it was effectively more an anarchy. Austria was more likely to be drawn into the Fascist side, due to its nationalism, resulting from the Great War. There was a great sympathy for the German Cause, following the Versailles Treaty.
