Fun one a day V4?

What if near the end of World War One, for whatever reason (political instability, collapse of the front, etc) Wilhelm flees to his relatives in Romania? I know that Rumania joined the Entente, but for all intensive purposes in this scenario they stay out of the war.

I hope this hasn’t been done yet.

Would Romania accept forner Kaiser of their enemy coming to their country? Probably Romanian government just ask Wilhelm to somewhere else.

In this scenario they will have better relations with the Kaiser and act more like a Switzerland like nation.
