WI: Zhu Changxun became Ming Emperor

Zhu Changxun was the son of the Wanli Emperor of the Ming Dynasty, to his favorite concubine, Noble Consort Zheng. His father wanted him to succeed him in becoming emperor, but the Wanli Emperor was met with opposition by his advisors, and his son, the future Taichang Emperor, would become heir. He would die only a month into his reign, and be succeeded by his son.

But what if the Wanli Emperor was successful in overturning Ming primogeniture, and did made Zhu Changxun his successor, and Wanli Emperor left loyal advisors and generals that accepted Zhu Changxun as Emperor of China? What would happen if Zhu Changxun became Emperor?
