Since I'm not a four year old like most of the other posts in this thread, I will try to give some serious answer to this question.

Assuming he lives past 2006, I imagine he continues to host the shows he had on the Discovery Networks making different types of documentaries. The Crocodile Hunter ends by 2010. Other types of documentary shows appear instead. His children still make a wide variety of appearances in film and television. Perhaps there is another live action film documenting his efforts in Australia.

The family zoo in Australia stays in family ownership with him giving live wildlife shows. Much of the same of the OTL continues today.
