In 1961, Brazil transitioned to a parliamentary system after Jango was sworn in as president. Many candidates were considered for the post of prime minister, one of them being San Tiago Dantas, the Economy Minister of João Goulart (Jango). But either this was rejected by Congress or it was refused by Dantas himself. But WI it was accepted and San Tiago Dantas became Prime Minister of Brazil in 1962?
