I guess that they wouldnt have any significant use... except as a place of punishment for bad governors and bad soldiers...
So then, the Sanhedrin or the kings may not have been useful to the Roman occupiers, and the Kingdom of Judea would suffer the same fate as OTL Dacia?
Well... Romans could retain the Sanhedrin or appoint some nominal Kings to Judaea only to appease the rebelious people there
