One of the consequences of the Sack of Java is the establishment of Majapahit, from what I remember it stopped the spread of islam..
I found out that Northern Luzon and Sulu had contacts with Sumadera/Pasai which is converting to islam before the Majapahit is founded, in the case of Luzon they drifted to Java trade completely when Majapahit is founded but Sulu continued, this I think would mean that both Luzon and Sulu would be likely muslim by late 1400's if Majapahit is not founded.
Another consequences would be that Singhasari would continue
