Suppose Matthew Harding's helicopter is piloted by someone who knows what he's doing, and Harding later manages to wrest control of Chelsea Football Club from Ken Bates. What would this entail? Would Chelsea still be in major financial trouble by 2002 or would Harding be more sensible in regards to finances (ie No Chelsea Village)?
