Strasser isn't a Communist, he is a patriotic (and of course anti-Semitic ) German of left wing views. A Strasserite Nazi Germany would probably be rather like a couple of the Mexican Presidents in the sixties and seventies. A lot of friendly rhetoric for the Soviet Union abroad and the secret police turned loose on the Communist Party at home. But unlikely to win power. Hindenburg and von Papen would have been much more wary of him than Hitler who was akin to the right wing of the Social Democrats on economic and social policy -not so left wing they couldn't work with him (or so they calculated). Strasser on the other hand is only just to the right of the Communists. He would probably have Goebbels and Werner Best as key supporters, both were left wing Nazis. But Goering, Himmler, Hess and von Ribbentrop would have bolted the party. And Goering and Hess and von Ribbentrop are the people who could interact with industrialists and rich landowners to keep the party solvent. And Himmler is efficient at the dirty tricks side of things, he doesn't just rely on brute force and ignorance. Himmler recruited Heydrich, Strasser is unlikely to, Otto Ohlendorff is unlikely to join a Strasserite Nazi party.
