WI: Germany unified as Großdeutchland

What if during unification, Prussia and it's german allies allowed Austria to join the newly formed German Empire or if Austria was dominant among the german states which led to their eventual unification?

Austria probably wouldn't unite Germany and Prussia would not let Austria in Unless It can't threaten Prussian control and without Most of its empire
