An healthy Evita Peron would have resulted into the destruction of the Justicialist Movement unlike what Argentina have in OTL as the death of Eva Peron and the premature overthrow of Juan Peron have been mystified by the working class citizens as a means to oppose subsequent military juntas sponsored by the US.
Short term outcome: Juan Peron does not get overthrown in 1955 and instead, he tightens the grip of his power until such point that the Argentines will be asking for his peaceful resignation or will be overthrown by dissent military factions.
Long term outcome: Argentina's politics would have been less polarized with the earlier destruction of the Justicialist movement and Argentina's economy would have been far better off as Juan Peron's policies destroyed Argentina's wealth that had been accumulated for almost 100 years before Juan Peron became president and probably, Argentina's GDP per capita today would be between US$30,000 to US$35,000 and GDP in terms of absolute size of between US$1.0 to US$1.5 trillion.
