WI: Dmowski instead of Pilsudski

Pretty much what it says title.

In the early years, Jozef Pilsudski was the head honcho in Poland, but what if Roman Dmowski was. My guess is that Dmowski wouldn't expand as much as OTL since Pilsudski was more of an expansionist.
