WI: Chris Brown tarred and feathered Rhianna?

Everybody knows that Chris Brown isn't the best mate. Rumors say that he bit her, beat her up, and even gave her an STD. But what if it was more drastic than that? What if Chris Brown tarred and feathered Rihanna? What immediate effects would that have on the American and world media? Long lasting effects? What's the earliest PoD to make it possible without butterflying them away?

Rhianna - Rowll! / Phwoar!

We all fantasize about being the nice guy who steps in to save her but she clearly likes bad boys and so is going to be a bit mercurial herself and thus very high maintenance.

As far as I concerned what happened was obviously illegal but there's 2 sides to every story...
