Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is that within the British Mandate of Palestine, you should make a binational Palestine a reality before the end of WW2.
This binational country must be secular and free from Zionist influences, and encompass the territory of the original Mandate of Palestine (which means what is now Israel, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and Jordan). This also means that the Golan Heights are part of it (that was part of the original Mandate of Palestine until the Twenties when it was handed over to the French). It also must have a functioning government capable of standing on its own if Britain decides to end the Mandate.
