and yes Belgium was bevor Napoleon, a part the Austrian Habsburgs empire !


at the end and after WWI were allot extreme Belgians demanded to invade Germany
and conquer the Rhineland
other demanded to conquer also Luxemburg and part of Netherlands as retribution
for there rolle in WWI

Hitler would probably emerge as a leader in the right wing of the Anti-Belgian German resistence movement.

If the German's manage to overthrow their Belgian overlords at some point in the thirties we could see Hitler and the Nazis becoming a long standing presense in the reformed Reichstag, not as bad for German Jews as OTL Hitler but still not good for them in the long term.
