WI: Amynthas IV was a companion of his cousin Alexander the Great?

Considering the following TL

Amynthas IV, born in 365 BC, was king of Macedon in 359 BC, after the death of his father Perdiccas III. His uncle Philip became his tutor and regent, but Philip usurped his throne that same year to become Philip III.
356 BC, Alexander was born. During the next 18 years Amynthas and Alexander had a relationship like that of older and younger brothers.
Amynthas helped Alexander as an advisor when Philip left to fight the Thracians in 340, later he went as a companion of Alexander in the campaigns of Philip against Greece.
Amynthas helped Alexander to flee in 337 BC. He stayed in Philip's cout and with Demaratus helped to mediate between father and son.
At 336 BC Amynthas was among the first to declare support to Alexander after the death of Philip, with his support and the support of Antipater Alexander didn't have much trouble to become king.
When Alexander campaigned against the Balkans and Greece Amynthas became the commander of the Hypaspists and acted as a chief of staff of Alexander.
Amynthas became the main logistician of Alexander during the invasion of Persia, adding to the previous tasks he had.
In Egypt he advised Alexander to accept the proposal of Darius, or at least send a counter proposal, Alexander considered, but decided to not to it.
In 331 after Gaugamela Alexander left Amynthas in Babylon as viceroy of Asia, Egypt, the Levant and Mesopotamia.
In 324 Amynthas married Parysatis.
In 323 Alexander died in Babylon, leaving his pregnant wife Roxane and his brother Arhideus under the care of Amynthas.
