I am thinking massive Classical Roman and Greek style civic buildings along with regular apartment and commercial steel and glass boxes. Probably some Wessex or 'Art-Deco' type buildings in the newer cities and states that were acquired after the Great War. With the arrival of the Pinnacle Era and Oswald's fascination on Zap Zephyr there will be a focus on what we may consider atompunk and raypunk styles.

A nice biblical narrative that gives more reasons as to why Manifest Climax had to happen, and also provides a framework to integrate the new Pinnacle European demographics (british, german, dutch, scottish, etc) into american society.

They are not just refugees from allied nations of Pinnacle race that must be helped out of boring international solidarity. They've been Chosen to build the New Jerusalem, just as the yankees, african-americans, jews and nipponese are; they've been saved from the decadence and stupidity of their old european governments, who have brought the Plague* of Anthrax onto themselves (even though a fair part of it is the Worm Cult's doing, but there's enough room to blame everyone). Now they can start again and rebuild anew in New Zion, free of the sin, weakness, tiranny and decadence back in Europe, as one more of the Chosen Peoples that will build the New Jerusalem, all under the umbrella of the President, Party and AFC.

With this, american citizens can't allow themselves to be xenophobic against them, because racism or xenophobia against your fellow Pinnacle Chosen are terrible and you should feel bad. Infees don't count, of course (Why should they? They aren't people). And on the refugees side, the NUSA has a new piece of ideology with which to make them new loyal americans.
