Marvin Heemeyer was involved in a zoning dispute which he lost which resulted in his muffler repair shop being cut off from the road. He tried to build a road. This lead to him going on a rampage and he unfortunately died after his rampage which resulted in no deaths but caused 7 million dollars worth of damage.
