What if Himmler and Göring were killed on July 15 1944?

The famous 20 July Plot nearly happened on multiple earlier dates. One of these was July 15, where the plan was called off at the last moment because Hitler was called out of the room. However, Himmler and Göring were there.

What if Stauffenberg had been unable to intercept the bomb and Himmler and Göring (among others) died in the explosion?

Both the SS and Luftwaffe get more competent leaders, but by that stage it's a bit like rearranging the deck chars on the Titanic.

There'd still be the witch hunts though.
