We all know that Japan surrendered after two nuclear weapons were used on their civilian populations, but I have recently learned of Operation Cherry Blossoms at Night, so let's say that this plan is executed perhaps right before the first nuke is dropped. I know this won't affect the war very much, but what about the USA herself?
