What if Al-Quaida Strikes G-7 Summit in Genoa.

When 911 occured it was an attack against the 'great satan' - the US.
Attacking the G-7 would be a blow against a lot of countries and would cause substantial, worldwide backlash.
Nobody likes to see terrorists kill their head of state - no matter how high/low the public opinion might be.
Life would be difficult for any nation associated with Al-Quaida.

How this would affect worldwide feelings about the muslim religion is another issue.

Did this happen during the day, or night, when everyone was sleeping (execpt Chretien, when he later admitted to sneaking out and jumping from rooftop to rooftop with his nephew/grandson/or something). Well, when this attack happens when Chretien was sneaking out, then I guess chants of "Blame Canada" will echo througout the world. And with the previous events of punching and knocking the teeth off a protester and fending of a burglar in 24 Sussex Drive, they may have a 'good' argument that he's a terrorist in disguise.:mad: :D

Ahhh, Canadian Premiers...they are their own bodyguards!!! (Unlike some whimpy US Head of State.)
