Certainly, we can be more creative than that?

150px height limit? Seems rather small to me,
Agreed ! 300 px was fine as a rule. Why has it been arbitrarily changed all of a sudden ?
Please elaborate. Is it an ethnically homogenous nation state we're supposed to create? Are former settler colonies with their melting pot tendencies allowed?
What about an Imperial Federation consisting of Britain and its white Dominions?
It must have a national identity; and 300px is what I meant to put

Is Which Tyler correct? If so, the challenge would appear to have changed considerably.
So, the challenge is to describe and design a flag for a ‘resettled’ state; it doesn’t have to be Madagascar and the ethnic/religious/whatever distinct group doesn’t have to be Jewish. The state could be independent, a puppet state or a straightforward colony of the nation initiating the resettlement.
So the flag of a state established by the forced resettlement of a distinct group?
Does it have to be a sovereign state or can it be a subnational entity - say the Soviet-era resettlement of Koreans in Central Asia gave rise to an ASSR there, for example (Not to close this option off to others, I don't know if I'll have time to enter). Does it have to have achieved independence as a result of the resettlement, or can it have gained it some time later?
