Two Disasters for the Price of One

Inspired by Clandango's comment in this thread, I was wondering about what "mega events" might have occurred during other, already or closely occurring, major historical events? In the thread referenced, a Yellowstone eruption affects the US civil war. But what about a New Madrid earthquake during the 1927 Mississippi floods? San Francisco earthquake (and fire?) during WWI? Or II? Malaysian earthquake/tsunami during Japanese or, later, Allied invasions? I believe the idea of the Tunguska event occurring during either world war, or impacting in central/western Europe has been mentioned more than once.

Some of these are random but others seem to occur at regular (though long, and variable) intervals.

Not talking ASB but what OTL events do you think could reasonably occurred during other major events? And, of course, any speculation on the effects?

The Titan II missile accident on September 19, 1980 somehow results in a full-yield 10 MT groundburst. Note that Walter Mondale was flying to a fundraiser in Arkansas that evening.
