Tierra del Fuego and the Falklands War

Supposing for a moment that Argentina didn't have access to Tierra del Fuego, flying from airbases located further to the north would their aircraft still have enough range to reach the Falkland Islands?

The Air Force Skyhawks flew from Santa Cruz and the Canberras from Chubut. It was the Mirages and the Super Etandards (and the Navy Skyhawks) that flew from Tierra del Fuego. The Mirages lacked aerial refueling probes and didn't have the range to reach the islands from elsewhere, the Super Etandards could have flown from Santa Cruz.
