The USA Pays $30 Million for Louisiana

Not sure how much this can affect the world, but if Napoleon had an extra $15 million (would the USA even accept this deal? Maybe they're really into how fertile it looks?) could he have done more as Emperor/Consul?

I'm not the best at this subject, so any ideas are welcome.

They just think was for just the 'state of louisana' here maybe napoleon make clear it all the territory? i being napoleon would make it higher 50 Millons take or leave it, i've other offer(lies)
