The History of Derlavai

I am really getting into HT's Darkness series. What I like is the way all the cultures are planned out, and have this history to them. Because of this I am going to write out the history of the world, seeing as how all we have are:

1. A Kaunian Empire

2. Kuusamo was invaded by Lagoans.

3. Six years war

Good idea. The glimpses we get are... not enough, shall we say? And there's got to be something in the Northern hemisphere, too.

But we have a few other things. For instance, Sibians, Algarvians, and Lagoans are descended from common stock, as are Unkerlanters and Forthwegians. And somehow, the belief in "powers above" and "powers below" is commnon throughout Derlavai, surpassing national, ethnic, and linquistic boundaries--the Ice People, I believe, are the only exeption. This tells us something about movements of people in th epast.

Oh, and Dragons and Behemoths were only recently domesticated. Not native to Derlavai, perhaps? Originally from another continent?
