The Great Tarnoff

WI in the aftermath of the Gorlice–Tarnów Offensive and Russia Great Retreat Tsar Nicholias II lost faith in the Stavka and his military's abilities to win the war.
With Serbia essentially destroyed his reason for entering the war was gone.
In utmost secrecy he send an envoy to his cousin Kaiser Wilhelm II to make peace.
The terms of the peace was the cessation of hostilities against the German and Austro-Hungarian empire only.
The war would continue against the ottoman Turks.
Tsar Nicholas was willing to abandon Serbia and allow a buffer state of those troublesome Poles.
The peace would however have to remain a secret for a year while Tsar Nicholas milked the Entente for "assistance" in continuing the war.
To anybody not in on the treaty it would appear that the Russian army had merely taken on a defensive position while it regenerated.

Would this treaty be acceptable to the AHE and GE?
And if it was put in place what effect intermediate to long term out such a treaty have.

Because of the risks the AHE and GE couldn't just withdraw their forces from the east but what effect would an essential pause in hostilities have on the war in General?

Lets discuss
