what if Bar Kokhba Revolt by sticking asymetrical warfare and because of Trajan's death starting a succession war in which a lot of generals try for the throne like the crisis of the third century along with most of provinces rebelling like the illyrian revolt whlie parthians, germans, picts invade the empire
how would the effect history especially jewish history? would jewish diaspora immigrate to israel ?

What is a successful Bar Kokhba revolt to you? An independent Jewish state? That's exceedingly difficult, if not outright impossible at the time-recall the first Jewish War was interrupted by a Roman civil war and still seen through by the Romans. Additionally, Rome's enemies are pretty weak at this point. The Parthians just got crushed and are in a civil war of their own, Dacia is relatively quiet after Trajan conquered them, and the German tribes are not exactly on the war path. Additionally unrest in Britain is probably at its lowest point. There just are not a lot of opportunities for the Romans to suffer any significant setbacks, even were Hadrian to botch the transition and Rome enter's another Year of the Four Emperors esque civil war.

This is kind of a political suicide for the Jews. As @SlyDessertFox said, there is no way that a Jewish nation could surge.

Even if you add Picts, Germans, Arabians, Parthians, and any other bordering barbarians, Rome would have a bad time, yeah, but would still win. They were at their political and military zenith during the reign of Trajan, and there is no way that the Jews could sustain a constant state of war against the Romans. The best scenario for the Jews is the establishment of a temporary kingdom during this "state of chaos", but then? If we are putting the Romans in the worst situation posible, they would reunify after one or two decades (take in consideration that by this time the Roman Empire was almost completely ruled by Romans, so I doubt they would adopt foreign cultures and establish fully-independent kingdoms), and this jewish state would be reintegrated soon after, and I doubt that this time the Romans would allow the same level of sovereign that the Jews had IOTL after this war (which weren't really high, if you know what I mean).

The Beit HaMikdash (Second Temple) might not be destroyed, which would radically change how Judaism as a religion developed. The sacrificial rites would still be the focal point of the religion, and the pilgrimages would still take place. The priests would still retain their privileges as a caste.

You're thinking of the wrong Jewish Revolt. The Second Temple was destroyed at the end of the First Jewish Revolt, when Titus conquered the city.

it's not just Picts, Germans, Arabians, Parthians and any other bordering barbarians but provincials like Britons, Gauls, Iberians, Mauretanians, Numidians, Lybians, Egyptians, Syrians, Galatians, Greeks, Thracians, Ilyrians. Even the Principate cannot fight them all at once while fighting with itself

Yes, if everyone in the empire simultaneously rose up in revolt while all their external enemies invaded and Rome was going through a civil war, the Roman Empire would collapse and the Bar Kokhba revolt would succeed.

The problem is there is close to a 0% chance of that happening in this period of the empire.
