It is a bit more tricky than just looking at materiel.
Denmark:
Flat and easy tank-country. Airforce with Gloster Gladiators, etc.
But more importantly: The political will to defend and take serious casualties were not there
Norway:
Very much different. Country not so easy.
Political will to defend was surely there
Sweden:
Neautral - and having a great income from exporting iron ore to Germany.
Their security might have been their 'semi-alignment' with Germany?
None of the countries might have stood a chance against a more massive invasion. BUT - the allocation of forces were 'adequate' but not huge in the bigger picture.
