REQUEST: South American Conferation Flag

Could anyone make a flag for my new South American Confederation composed of all countries in South America except Brazil, French Guyana, Suriname, and Guyana. Thanks

I kind of feel like it would be related to the Spanish flag in some way, or at least reminiscent of it.

Nine stars for Chile, Argentina, Uraguay, Parguay, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, and Venezuela.

A star for the Agentina, and Uragauy flags.

Red, Blue and Green cause I like the colors.

Just to mention, green is not very common in South American flags. A South American flag is more likely to be the same colors, though not the same design, as the US flag. Yellow, however, is likely to be included in some way, as it features in four of the flags of the countries mentioned.
