These guys are the same kind of loons who in OTL America wave Confederate and Don't Tread On Me flags at rallies where they are ostensibly pro-American.
Well, using hammer and sickle as the symbol in the KR modern age would indicate that the agriculture of new ultranationalist Russia would be in dire need of mechanisation...

A good alternative flag for neo-Savinkovist party of the new Nazbol party without commie influences:

So...Communist Nazis, in the country that suffered most under both, and involving a people who were labeled subhuman by Nazism...
Frankly speaking, open support for Hitler and Nazis is a rare thing among Nazbols; even if they acknowledge that they did many good things, they don't give him a pass because of his war against Russia and just because admiration for Hitler is not comme il faut and too edgy even for them. Stalin is much more popular figure among them.

John Dos Passos, a writer, pamphleteer and propagandist for the Combined Syndicates of America and a close friend of Jack Reed. After the CSA lost the Civil War, Dos Passos fled to Mexico and then to Syndicalist Chile. He returned to the United States of America in 1956 after swearing loyalty to the United States government and being pardoned by President Adlai Stevenson. By this point, Dos Passos had become a staunch conservative and denounced his past with Jack Reed and CSA. He lived for the rest of his life in Baltimore, where he died in 1970.

Movie poster for CSA propaganda film Red Dawn, released in 1984. The movie follows a group of teenagers fighting back against a German-led invasion of the CSA. The teenagers form a group known as the Red Dawn and though they themselves are unsuccessful in driving out the German troops, the Red Dawn movement quickly spreads, eventually leading to a German defeat in the Third Weltkrieg. The movie is considered one of the better propaganda films of the ongoing Kalterkrieg.

A still from the 2016 remake of Red Dawn, controversial for not only being a really bad movie, but also using Bulgaria as the main enemy rather than the Germans. The move to use Bulgaria instead of Germany confused many viewers in spite of reports of negotiations between the North Atlantic Co-operative Organization and the Liga der Freien Nationen to end the ongoing Kalterkrieg (which fell apart recently due to an escalation in the Middle East Crisis despite the fact that neither alliance is officially involved in said crisis).

German soldiers escorted by Norwegian troops after their failed attempt to invade Norway. The German failure to capture Norway is considered by most historians to be the turning point of WK2 not only due to the loss of numerous experienced troops, but also due to the destruction of the Hochseeflotte. Before the Norwegian invasion the war was mostly in a stalemate.

Norwegian and British troops celebrating the victory over Germany. After the war while both Norway and the UoB were in the internationale they formed a special relationship. This may be in fact due to that their more southern comrades preferred a more orthodox form for Syndicalism. While both Norway and Britain had a more reformist moderate variation of Socialism.

Guided-missile destroyer HIJMSS Kongo, patrolling the Formosa Strait. Kongo and her nine sisters combine with the Haruna-class battlecruisers and the light carriers to provide a solid core to the IJN surface fleet, acting as multimission destroyers: their advanced radar systems and surface-to-air missiles allow their to fulfil an antiaircraft role; the towed sonar array, helicopter and antisubmarine rockets allow them to act in an ASW capacity; their antiship missiles allow them to strike at enemy surface combatants; and their carrying of the Naginata cruise missile gives them a strategic land strike role, with both conventional and nuclear warheads.

The Kongos will be gradually supplemented by the new Atago-class destroyer, two of which are currently active, and over time it is expected that the Atagos will replace the Kongos altogether.

The Imperial Naval College in Etajima. Built from imported brick, the Naval College is the main centre for the training of IJN officers, as well as officers from allied navies - many cadets from the Pacific States, Thailand, Indochina, the Philippines, Malaysia and Burma have passed through this institution. It has a respected history, though of late its discipline and traditions have been coming into question: particularly the gruelling annual swim, following the death of several cadets who were unable to make it back to the mainland.

house-of-cards-2.jpg

The depiction of the real couple Frank and Claire Underwood, from The psa historical tv show House of Cards. The couple rose to the height of The National Restoration council as chairman and vice chairwoman through guile, murder and utter fanatical devotion to The dream of a United America. They were also the last leaders of the NRC before the fall of the council as they could not effectively deal with the rebels which plagued the country in the 80s and were wiped out in a coup by reformers who returned power to Congress and the presidency. Their story was so fascinating that the PSA House of Cards is one of the most acclaimed shows on television for its historical accuracy and the shakespearean depiction of the Underwoods. It starts with the beginning of Frank and Claire's life in poverty as a orphans at a refugee camp in the immediate aftermath of the second north american war. their parents were in killed in the nuclear attacks which caused them to have a deep hatred for all of Canada and her allies. They spent their first years in the camp and grew very close with one another eventually marrying. They both decided to go into politics and rose quickly through the bureaucracy eventually securing congressional seats for themselves. Through a series of intrigues that almost caused a third north american war, they became the leaders of the National restoration council in 1980. However they simply could not put down the rash of rebellions which pecked at the insides of United states and were eventually overthrown by the military for refusal to compromise with the rebels which they knew to be necessary to prevent another civil war. The Underwood couple met their ends at the end of a rope after being tried for their crimes. However there was still enough sympathy for them to cause massive riots in many cities which led to the law of forgetting to be passed which promptly pardoned all wrongdoers during the reign of the NRC.

Leander Perez, a Louisiana political boss, a close friend of Huey Long, a member of the America First Party and governor of Louisiana under the American Union State during the Second American Civil War. After the American Union State lost the Second American Civil War, Perez fled to Argentina and then to his ancestral homeland of Spain. He returned to the United States in 1960 after swearing loyalty to the United States government and swearing that he would never again seek a political office. He died in New Orleans in 1970.

I like it :D very clever, and you changed their characters enough that they sound realistic.
Maybe we should cooperate more often, one idea i have is that bit where he almost caused a third war. Maybe he could of manuverd the Canadians into a place where they look like their in the wrong but it would be difficult for them to back down, the Germans come in and negotiate a settlement that hands the NRC a propaganda victory even though it’s only a draw. Underwood uses his success to gain the Chairmanship for himself. What do you think?

Could work, but it'd need to be done carefully. I mean, as a Congressman, he wouldn't have direct authority over the military, so it'd be hard to cause that kind of incident.

Might be easier/more realistic just to have them rise to head the NRC via blackmailing key figures to support them. And have their nearly causing WWIII along with the refusal to negotiate with the insurgent groups as being the two factors that cause their overthrow.

Maybe he originally started out as allied ultra nationalist military people that would start the incident for him. The blackmail idea intrigues me very much, one thing to remember it's a two person team this time with Claire as vice chairwoman.

The Grapes of Wrath, the most acclaimed work of American writer John Steinbeck, released in 1939.Set in the Second American Civil War,the novel tells the story of the Joad family,as they flee Oklahoma from the fighting between Federal and AUS forces towards the relative safety of the Pacific States. However as they reach California, they find the state oversupplied with labor; wages are low, and workers are exploited to the point of starvation, and refugees such as them are harassed and distrusted as possible Syndicalist agitators. One of them,Casy became acquainted with the West Coast section of the CSA,and joined the West Coast General Strike that crippled the Pacific States.
