I have to agree with Aracnid. This thread is for photos, not crudely drawn MS paint people.

Because most of the titulary of the other planets is delagated to the Terran nobility. However, he does hold the highest titles in the Terran titulary system: notably, of High Emperor of Humanity, and Emperor of Sol, Jupiter, and Terra.
Besides, that list isn't exactly "small"...

Yep, it's Byron. In this case, he was installed by a joint Napoleonic France after France and British formed a coalition that aided Greece in thier independence movement. Byron basically is endearing to the people, and they refuse any established european dynasty. Thus, with Napoleon's backing, he becomes King George I of the Hellenes.
