From what I can remember, the Ottoman navy was taken by the British as part of the peace treaty or the Armistice of Mudros. So I suppose the Greeks can block the Turkish forces from crossing the Dardanelles.
With Istanbul, I can see it either becoming a part of Greece itself or under international jurisdiction, like it was originally planned or a demilitarized zone.
