How early can Egypt Conquer and assimilate Mediterranean and Ethiopia ?

Even if you assume the Achaemenids to be 'Elamites', they never conquered even half the Mediterranean nor a sliver of Ethiopia.
Historically, Egypt-based polities never really went further than the Nubia/Sudan, Libya, Syria, Crete perimeter so that seems a realistic apogee of sorts. Assimilation then is a further major complication.

They didn't have the desire in early bronze age

Egyptian migration can help
Like how Arab migration Arabized north Africa
I will go over the broad geopolitical problem behind that 'desire' in the other thread.
Comparing with one of the biggest changes hardly helps; sure, that lightning striked once, but twice? On objectively worse technology and thus administrative/military ability? Of course, it is possible, just incredibly unlikely and thus needs better explanation beyond rolling a whole basket of sixes.
