Well, in 'A Feast of Eagles' I used the term 'super-battleship' which doesn't seem unlikely. OTL the term dreadnought soon jumped to the somewhat-laughably named super-dreadnought. One wonders if the original name had been super-battleship what would have come next - mega-battleship, hyper-battleship, or the adoption of a biblical name such as Leviathans ?
