New capital for USA

Inspired by an history project...

Washington DC is forced to be abandoned and a new capital is needed. What you have to do is post a map showing the location of the new capital, and if you can either explain or post a map of the new capital, YOU MUST BUILD A NEW CITY FROM SCRATCH, DO NOT USE AN EXISTING CITY!!!

In history class, I built it at the point where the Mississippi and the Ohio Rivers meet in Missouri. Another good location would be in Texas.

Good spot there basically at Cairo Illinois. but the Ohio River doesn't meet the Mississippi River in Missouri.
