does Juana also get Aragon, or is that dumped onto Carlos or Fernando of Austria?

There is Charles and Maximilian instead of Charles and Ferdinand-sons of Philip & Juana are not expected to inherit Spain until 1506 and both are born in Brussels, which is interesting change: Ferdinand of Aragon can't threaten his older grandson that he'll disinherit him in favour of younger, but Spanish born brother.

So it's like otl, Charles gets HRE + Spain, Ferdy (or Max) marries Anna Jagiellonica and is elected in Hungary after the death of Louis Jagiellon and then Charles abdicates in favor of his son and brother.
