Is India the next update? I haven't seen a new Progress Report in a while and India and Spain are the only reports left that haven't been released yet. I know there's several reworks in dev right now.

They took a event about rape from another mod (that had been removed from that mod), added it back and made you get +69 political power

Dark humour that needs to be handled with extreme care and tact to be any good, and stupid dumbass memes that barely count as humour. Name a more iconic pairing.
Barely to not at all, in terms of a negative effects. They are economically and politically isolated from almost all the great powers, except perhaps Russia, and the minor to mid-tier countries that are associated with them. It’s to the point that there is rationing in place in the UoB, CoF and SRI and clothing styles are dictated by the lack of materials they have access to. The positive effects largely amount to the end of the economic isolation as desperate countries try to recover from the crisis as fast as possible and potential allies rising from fragile regimes unable to handle the economic strain.
While I've never had the chance to play Kaiseredux before, I was mildly interested in some of it but have heard of some problems, but

In the event of a total Entente victory against both Internationale and Reichspakt, in which Two Sicilies joined the Entente and leading to a situation in which Sardinia-Piedmont holds the north (probably including Trentino) and Two Sicilies holds the south of the Italian peninsula, what is the likely outcome?

Sadly the most realistic is a perpetual division
One of the things that allowed east Germany to remain was the fact that it was a puppet of the USSR, so the locals came to the conclusion that the only way to be free was to unify both Germanies. Bourbon Italy and Savoy Italy are different because both sides recognized by their people and both claim to be the real italy, no side wants to make compromises and the Entente and the Reichspakt won't allow them to declare war on each other, so Italy will remain divided.
Aha, but what if the Reichspakt - and presumably the Donau-Adriabund - has also been stomped into submission out of revenge for the First World War, with both Two Sicilies and Sardinia in the Entente?
With both on the same side there still won't be a unification, those are two legitimate states and both have hundreds old royal families that won't accept such a thing
At the best you can have something akin to a european union with free transit between the two countries, but North and South Italy have been separed from centuries OTL and each side tends to blame the other for "pushing italy back" even today
Or you could have something like austria hungary, the "Savoyan-Bourbon condominium"
My gut tells me that Savoy gets to be the Austrians in this situation. Seniority within the Entente, at least.
Unfortunately the India rework is frozen rn and will probably take a long while to drop considering the amount of work it would require

I wondered if there were some kind of way to give a bonus to Internationale countries the more countries that went Syndcalist went. For example, Iran goes Socialist and now the Internationale has a reliable oil source to trade with giving them a fuel bonus. Or Centroamerica is formed and Syndies in Europe have access to chocolate, bananas, and coffee giving them a stab bonus (it was in the DH KR2's description for Centroamerica they traded luxury food to the UoB and France).
Figures. Well considering the China update took the better part of a year I can wait for this too.
It sounds like an interesting idea. It could provide the necessary buff the Third International needs to stand by itself without the need of Russia and Japan to dogpile Germany.
