On March 18 2008, Barack Obama gave a well-received speech about the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, in which he both criticized certain of Wright's views on the USA, but also sought to explain them within the context of American racism.
On Nov. 4 2008, Obama was elected president of the United States.
Suppose that some time between that speech and Election Day, Jeremiah Wright(aka Obama's pastor and the man who married him and baptized his daughters) had died.
Would Obama attend the funeral? And if so, what impact would that have on his campaign?
