Internal American colonial disputes if the ARW was delayed or butterflied

Leading up to, and even during the American Revolutionary War (ARW) the colonies had many border disputes amongst themselves, leading "wars" such as Cresap's War and the three Yankee-Pennamite Wars (the last of which, in this was the only dispute settled under the Articles of Confederation). How would delaying the ARW by 10 or 20 years affect any state border disputes, or what if the British capitulated just enough to the colonies to allow the ARW to not get started and maybe the colonies continue to evolve under benevolent neglect? If the King (or later on Parliament) continued to force decisions do you think any of his decisions would be different than how our state borders along the East Coast would look today?

It seems to me if the revolution is avoided or delayed into the 19th century these issues would resolve themselves or the British and colonial governors would act as mediators for disputes that threatened to get out of hand.

Now, if the articles of confederation succeeded-you'd have a much greater chance of the colonies fracturing over these issues.
