If Napoleon is successfull in blowing up the Kremlin.

Today a letter was auctioned off in which Napoleon Bonaparte states his intention to blow up the Kremlin before retreating from Moscow in 1812. IOTL the arsenal, a few of the towers and some of the sections of the walls were destroyed, parts of the palace were damaged by fire. The destruction was limited evidently by damp fuses. While this event would be unlikely to change things ultimately for Napoleon what impact would there be if the fuses had worked as planned during the rest of the nineteenth century and into the twentieth century?

I suspect the Tsar will rebuild it as soon as possible - while it was not the capitol anymore (St Petersburg was), it was still an important symbol.
