Help with a German Eurasia

I am looking for some advice in regards to a map I am working on which is a less wanked version of my German China map I did a while ago. The basic premise is that due to a series of events originating in the Early Middle Ages the Teutonic Order finds itself in control of increasingly large areas of Russia and an eventual German Empire expands all the way to the Pacific. A key premise is that the Germans/Germanized Slavs do not make up as large a portion of this Empire as the Russian did for OTL empire and as a result required a greater use of native populations, autonomous zones and vassals. However, my knowledge of Siberia and Central Asia is limited and as a result I cannot draw up some interesting boundaries beyond the obvious. Some help would be appreciated.

As a heads up, the areas of Germany as well as Russia to the west and south of Muscovy (outside the predesignated autonomous zones) are either German majority or loyal Germanized Slav majority, so those areas are not places to be pieced apart. Instead it is Siberia and Central Asia where I'd like some help with.

If there are any questions or queries about the map then do ask me and I will see if I can straighten things out.

Might want to add in another Khanate to the NE of Bukhara for the Fergana valley area. (Kokhand OTL: http://www.zum.de/whkmla/histatlas/asia/wcasia1870large.gif note I'm not vouching for the accuracy of this map, just trying to give you an idea. )

Siberia? Always pretty thinly populated, but might have some spots for the arctic peoples: a good standard map of Russia will give you an idea of where those are.

Actually, I'd think that central Russia would be harder to swamp with Germans than the north: it's always been the more densely populated area, and more so before the hardier varieties of winter wheat and potatoes were introduced to Russia.
