Burgundian, Lombardic and Frankish used to be Germanic Languages like today German and Dutch, but now we know almost nothing of them. Make all three of them survive in Austrasia, Northen Savoy-Eastern Switzerland and Veneto-Trentino-Friuli Venezia Giulia. There also should be no united German(ic) country aswell as no Ostsiedlung, I want all the Germanic tribes being independent.
Have Burgundian, Lombardic and Frankish in Austrasia surviving.

Dutch (and Limburgush) is actually a (direct) descendant of (Old) Frankish, particularly the lower varities, am I right?
