I tried asking in NPC, probably a bad idea, but I really need some help with research regarding this. I've been looking on information with regards to elections and governmental workings of the Third Republic, but as of yet I've not come across any decent sources (in English) about how it really worked. While I'd like as detailed an explanation as possible, what I really need (and what has eluded me so far) was the time table for elections, and if they were delayed during WWI. I have enough to draw some reasonable conclusions, but I'd prefer a solid answer.
