Frederick III of Germany lives on

What do you think would have happened to Germany had Frederick III not suffered from cancer of the larynx?

Personally i think that with a more liberal oriented germany the ww1 could be avoided.

Not avoided, but Germany will almost certainly come out on top. Germany will probably align with Britain; the question is, if Frederick's reforms are successful, will he have any power by WWI?
